This page sets out the legal information, privacy principles, terms of use and general conditions applicable to the VOCES website, platform, conversational interfaces, demonstrations, research tools and related services (collectively, the “Service”). VOCES is a technology project currently in development and in the process of establishing its formal corporate structure in Spain. References to “VOCES”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the team currently developing and operating the project and, once incorporated, to the legal entity that assumes operation of the Service. VOCES operates from Madrid, Spain. The VOCES name and brand are currently subject to trademark registration proceedings.

1. About VOCES. VOCES is a technology platform designed to create and operate conversational representations of audiences, markets, communities, organizations, territories and other defined realities. These representations are referred to as “Voices”. A Voice allows authorized users to interact conversationally with structured knowledge, explore questions, compare perspectives, test scenarios and generate analyses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Voice represents a constructed analytical representation and not an individual human being. 2. Development status. VOCES is an evolving technology platform. Certain features may be experimental, beta, pilot or under active development. The Service, architecture, models, interfaces, methodologies, providers and capabilities may change over time. VOCES may add, modify, suspend or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary. 3. Artificial intelligence. VOCES uses artificial intelligence to process and structure information, maintain context, generate conversational responses, compare perspectives, explore scenarios and produce analyses. AI systems are probabilistic and outputs may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies or uncertainty. VOCES does not represent AI-generated outputs as objective truth. 4. What a Voice is. A Voice is a conversational representation created to help explore and understand a defined reality. It may represent an audience, customer segment, market, community, organization, territory, professional group, category or other analytical universe. 5. What a Voice is not. A Voice is not a real person, an impersonation of an individual, an autonomous human opinion, necessarily a statistically representative sample or a guarantee of how people will actually behave. It should be understood as an analytical and conversational research interface. 6. Predictions and simulations. VOCES may allow users to test ideas, messages, policies, campaigns, products or hypothetical scenarios. Results are analytical hypotheses based on available information and methodology, not guarantees of actual future behaviour. 7. Research limitations. VOCES does not claim to universally replace surveys, interviews, focus groups, polling, statistical studies or other established methodologies. Where statistical representativeness or population estimates are required, these must be specifically supported by the methodology of the relevant project. 8. Human oversight. Human judgment remains part of the VOCES approach. Depending on the project, Voices may be reviewed, tested, validated or supervised by researchers, strategists, analysts or other professionals. 9. Data principles. VOCES is designed around data minimization, privacy, security and responsible information use. The platform is not designed around individual behavioural profiling of identifiable people. Its primary purpose is to represent aggregated realities, audiences, communities and markets. 10. Personal data. VOCES may process limited personal data necessary to operate the Service, such as name, professional email, company, account and authentication information, communications, IP address and technical information. VOCES does not sell personal data. 11. Client data. Clients retain their rights in documents, datasets, research and other materials supplied to VOCES. VOCES receives only the rights reasonably necessary to provide the agreed Service. Client information does not become public merely because it is processed through VOCES. 12. Client-provided personal data. Clients are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to VOCES has been lawfully obtained and may lawfully be processed for its intended purpose. Where VOCES processes personal data on behalf of a client, the parties may enter into an appropriate Data Processing Agreement. 13. Sensitive data. Users should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information or specially protected categories of personal data unless expressly agreed, legally permitted and subject to appropriate safeguards. 14. GDPR. VOCES operates from the European Union and takes the GDPR, applicable Spanish data protection legislation and relevant European regulations as core references for its privacy framework. 15. Data rights. Where applicable, individuals may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, and may lodge complaints with the relevant supervisory authority. Requests may be sent to hello@voces.dev. 16. Data retention. Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, contractual obligations, security and applicable legal requirements. 17. Technology providers. VOCES relies on third-party technology and infrastructure providers. Depending on the functionality and project, these may include Lovable, Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Google Gemini, as well as other infrastructure, analytics, authentication, research and AI providers. The technology stack may evolve over time and reference to these providers does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement. 18. AI providers and data. External AI models may process information necessary to provide certain VOCES functionality. Models and providers may vary according to functionality, availability, performance, security and technical requirements. Enterprise clients may request information regarding the architecture and processing arrangements applicable to their implementation.

19. Security. VOCES applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, cloud infrastructure protections, logging, backups and credential management. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. 20. Cookies. The VOCES website may use technical cookies and similar technologies necessary for navigation, security, language preferences, forms and operation, as well as optional analytics technologies where implemented. Where legally required, non-essential cookies will be subject to user choice. 21. Intellectual property. The VOCES platform, software, architecture, Voice system, methodologies, prompts and orchestration systems, analytical frameworks, research frameworks, documentation, interface, databases, taxonomies, workflows, branding, visual identity and proprietary know-how are owned by or licensed to VOCES and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 22. VOCES trademark. The VOCES name and associated visual identity are identifying marks of the project and Service. Trademark registration for VOCES is currently pending. No statement on this website should be interpreted as representing that registration has already been granted. 23. Client intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing trademarks, documents, datasets, methodologies, research and content. Commissioning a project does not transfer ownership of the underlying VOCES technology, methodology, architecture, frameworks or know-how. 24. Confidentiality. VOCES may work with confidential business information, research, strategies and internal materials. Specific confidentiality obligations may additionally be governed by an NDA or commercial agreement. VOCES will not publicly identify confidential clients, projects or findings without authorization. 25. Third-party content. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or lawful basis to provide documents, links, images, datasets or other third-party materials. Third-party trademarks, names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. 26. Prohibited use. VOCES may not be used to violate applicable law, infringe privacy or intellectual property rights, deceptively impersonate individuals, facilitate unlawful discrimination or surveillance, create unauthorized individual profiling, bypass security controls, extract confidential information, scrape the Service, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected elements of the Service or commercially exploit VOCES proprietary technology or methodology without authorization. 27. High-impact decisions. VOCES should not be used as the sole basis for decisions materially affecting the employment, healthcare, credit, insurance, legal status or similarly significant interests of identifiable individuals. 28. Responsible AI. VOCES seeks to develop and operate AI according to principles of human oversight, transparency, privacy, methodological traceability, awareness of bias, continuous evaluation and responsible use. 29. External links.VOCES may contain links to external websites or services. VOCES does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, privacy practices or terms.

30. User accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their credentials and restricting access to authorized persons. 31. Platform access. Access may be provided through subscriptions, licences, pilots, demonstrations, research projects or other commercial arrangements. Access does not grant ownership of the underlying Service or technology. 32. Demos and pilots. Demo, trial, beta and pilot environments may use sample, synthetic, anonymized or specially prepared information and may not reflect the complete functionality or methodology of a production implementation. 33. White-label implementations. Clients may apply their own brand to customized VOCES experiences, but unless otherwise agreed, the underlying VOCES technology, architecture, methodology and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of VOCES. 34. Enterprise projects. Enterprise implementations may additionally be governed by commercial proposals, Statements of Work, Service Level Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, NDAs, security documentation and other project-specific terms. Where they conflict with these general terms, the specific agreement will prevail.

35. Outputs. Unless otherwise agreed, clients may use reports, analyses and other project-specific outputs produced for them for their internal business purposes. Such rights do not include ownership of VOCES underlying technology, methodology, software, reusable frameworks or know-how. 36. Accuracy. VOCES does not guarantee that every response, analysis, inference, prediction or classification will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for every purpose. Information, sources and AI models can contain errors and research methodologies have limitations. Users should independently verify information where accuracy is material 37. No professional advice. Unless expressly agreed as part of a professional consulting engagement, VOCES outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, investment, employment, regulatory or other regulated professional advice. 38. Availability. VOCES does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, model availability, network failures, security incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control. 39. Third-party dependencies. VOCES may replace providers or modify its architecture where necessary. Changes, outages, API restrictions or discontinuation of third-party services may affect functionality. 40. Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VOCES is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. VOCES does not guarantee perfect representation by Voices, accuracy of all outputs, future behaviour predicted by simulations, uninterrupted availability or continued availability of specific third-party integrations. 41. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VOCES and the persons involved in developing or operating the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including business decisions made in reliance on generated outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law. 42. Client responsibility. Clients remain responsible for determining whether VOCES is appropriate for their intended use, ensuring they have rights to information supplied, complying with applicable laws, interpreting outputs appropriately, maintaining appropriate human oversight and determining whether additional real-world validation is required. 43. Suspension and termination. VOCES may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, security risks, unlawful activity, abuse, violation of these terms, unauthorized access, regulatory requirements or material risk to VOCES, its clients or third parties. 44. Business transfers. VOCES is currently a technology venture in development. Its business, technology, contracts or assets may subsequently be incorporated into, financed by, acquired by, merged with or transferred to a legal entity, subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality and data protection obligations. 45. Company formation. VOCES is currently a project and brand in the process of establishing its formal operating company in Spain. Once established, this document will be updated with the relevant legal entity, registered address, tax identification and registration details. 46. Changes. VOCES may update these terms as the platform, corporate structure, regulatory environment or Service evolves. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. 47. Governing law. Unless mandatory law or a specific client agreement provides otherwise, these terms are intended to be governed by applicable Spanish and European Union law. The competent jurisdiction will be updated, where necessary, once the VOCES operating company has been formally established. 48. International operations. VOCES may provide services outside Spain and the European Union. Project-specific agreements may establish additional requirements where local privacy, AI, research or sector-specific regulation applies. 49. Contact. Questions concerning VOCES, privacy, legal matters, intellectual property, data protection, security or these terms may be sent to hello@voces.dev. Madrid, Spain. 50. Final principle. VOCES is built to create a new way of interacting with complex realities through technology, research and artificial intelligence. We believe this technology should be used with transparency, methodological responsibility, human judgment and respect for privacy. A Voice is a representation of reality. It is not reality itself.
